Mission
The Working Group on Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS and Development in the European Parliament (EPWG), in accordance with the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD, September 1994), advocates the support of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and the fight against HIV/AIDS, as the basis for sustainable social and human development and achieving gender equality as an integral part of human rights.
